Hakusan House is located in Hakusan, Tokyo. The property is run by Uninest Japan, who are a part of the Global Student Accommodation (GSA) family, along with The Student Housing Company.

Hakusan House is located in the area surrounding Toyko University, which is only a 6 minute walk away. The area has lots of restaurants, shops and supermarkets, so you’ll be close to lots of food and drink options. It is also only a 5 minute walk from Hakusan Station, which will connect you via public transport to all areas in Tokyo, so you can explore the city easily!

Situated on Royal Parade in Parkville this is our third purpose-built student accommodation building in Melbourne. Royal Parade offers a choice between premium self contained or communal living with an abundance of common spaces and amenities. Extensive leisure spaces complete the property design to allow residents to maintain a healthy body and mind. Whatever your routine when not in lectures – we’ve got it covered, and in a location that is a tranquil and peaceful alternative to the city centre.

Royal Parade is due to open in 2019.
