Short Term Leasing in Perth

We know students like flexibility, and you don’t always want to be locked into long accommodation contracts. So we are offering students in Perth the ability to live with us at The Boulevard on short term rental contracts.
 

How Short Term Leasing Works:

Short term booking is from a minimum of 2 weeks to 12 weeks long. Short term accommodation is limited, so speak to us or contact your agent to secure a room today.

All short-term bookings include linen for the during of your stay free of change. We aim to make the process easy and convenient, so you are all sorted when you arrive! Check out the full list of what is included in our bedding pack.
