The Boulevard Book and Upgrade Terms and Conditions

This promotion offers a free room upgrade on the room selected on the application valid for all bookings made between 21/05/2019 to 05/08/2019. The room upgrade will be one room type higher than selected on the application.

• Twin studios will be upgraded to the six bedroom apartment with shared bathroom.
• Six bedroom apartment with shared bathroom will be upgraded to the five bedroom apartment with shared bathroom.
• Five bedroom apartment shared bathroom will be upgraded to the five bedroom apartment with ensuite.
• Five bedroom apartment with ensuite will be upgraded to a studio room.
• DDA Studio will pay the rate of the five bed apartment with ensuite.
• Studio apartment will be upgraded to the studio plus apartment.
• Studio plus apartment will pay the rate of the studio apartment.

The room upgrade will be completed after the application has been finalised and deposit paid. The room upgrade will be valid for the entire contract but will not carry over for subsequent contacts. This promotion is valid for all contracts lengths including short stay bookings. The bond and deposit payment will remain at the initial room type selected and not at the upgrade rate. All applications made during the promotional period will be granted the free upgrade for that application. Subject to availability. Limited number of rooms available.
