Short Team Leasing at The Boulevard, Perth

We know students like flexibility and you don’t always want to be locked into long accommodation contracts.

So we are offering students in Perth the ability to live with us at The Boulevard on short term rental contracts – so you can find accommodation that suits your needs.

How short term leasing works:

Short term booking is from a minimum of 2 weeks to 12 weeks long. Short term accommodation is limited, so speak to us or contact your agent to secure a room today.

A full bedding pack is included in short term contracts free of charge, which is to be returned upon departure. These packs include all your bedding and towels – so you’re already set up before you even move in! Check out the full list of what is included in our bedding pack.

A one off non-refundable cleaning charge of $50 is applicable to short term bookings. Students are required to pay in full if their bookings are equal to or less than 12 weeks.

Student Car Share at The Boulevard, Perth

Cheaper than ride sharing. More convenient than buses. And cheaper than taxis. Sounds pretty good to us!

Student Car Share provides students in Perth with affordable and convenient short-term car rentals. So we’re excited to announce that The Boulevard will have 2 car bays dedicated to Student Car Share in 2019. To make things even easier, students living at The Boulevard will not have to pay the annual membership fee of $35.

How much does it cost?

The cost of rental depends on how long you want to rent the car for.

$6.55 per hour, plus $0.35 per kilometre. Or students can pay $74 per day, including 150km.

What cars are available?

Two brand new Hyundai Accent cars will be available at The Boulevard.

How can I use these cars?

Arrange your booking with the app and simply use your membership card to unlock the car. The keys are inside and away you go!

The cars include fuel cards so students do not need to pay for fuel, just keep the cars topped up above ¼ full!

Simply drop the car back at the same pick-up station at The Boulevard at your requested end time.

UWA or U-Dub as students like to call, is Perth’s oldest University, founded in 1911 and is the highest ranked in Western Australia. With nearly 20,000 students this University is ranked 91 in the QS World University Rankings.

How to get there?

UWA is only a bus ride away from our brand-new purpose-built student accommodation complex, The Boulevard. Take the 950 from Beaufort Street and it’ll take you right to the front of campus in about 20 minutes. If you like to cycle, by bike the University is only 20 minutes away too. Cycling is a great option for students living at The Boulevard as we offer plenty of secure bike storage areas, so you don’t need to worry about storing it!
